I don't know about you, but for many years I have thought of writing an article or doing a video on a topic that I feel I have enough knowledge of and experience with to share with other fly fishers. Somehow, along the way, a simple article turned into a whole website (OnlyOnFlies.com). I have more than 40 years of fly fishing experience but that is not nearly enough to justify a whole website. So, I am going to try something new. I want this website to become a "group collaboration". I want to encourage other fly fishers to "put some skin in this game" and become an active part of OnlyOnFlies.com. What you see on the website today is my contribution in those areas I have significant experience with and knowledge of. After 40 years of fly fishing in many places, I am in no way an expert in any fly fishing related topic.

For instance, I would love to have articles, videos, etc. on such diverse topics as fly fishing for everything from carp to tarpon; destinations from bass lakes to the Caribbean/Mexico, etc.; conservation issues; tips, techniques and "how to's" of general interest; interesting stories and adventures with a fly rod; in short, almost anything you would like to see on a fly fishing website. You can be a guide, lodge owner, acknowledged expert or just the guy that gets out there and knows "what's up" on your local water(s).

So, if you or someone you know has the knowledge, experience and the willingness to share it with other fly fishers, I welcome the contribution. I can easily add to or otherwise modify the menus to accommodate additional topics, etc.
